Estwell Travel Compact Art Umbrella Foldable Windproof UV Protection Sun Rain Umbrella for Women

This is my fourth purchase which is finally a keeper. The other umbrellas and parasols I purchased had to be returned for one thing or another. This one looks just like it is advertised. It opens and closes easily. Although it's not automatic, the mechanism is slick and works fine manually. It collapses easily from its extended telescopic open position to a convenient purse fitting size. Also the case is made well and the umbrella slips easily into the case without much struggle at all. I am especially pleased with the pretty design and the added insulation on the inside. I do not observe any punctures in the umbrella workmanship. I bought this as a parasol but it looks as though it will function perfectly in the rain. It looks adorable. I will test it in the rain and if something doesn't work out I certainly will update this review. For me it is a five star item!

I used this for shade at an outdoor summer wedding. It was hot and sunny and this parasol made a significant difference in keeping me cooler. It also kept me from getting a sunburn. It is well made and easy to open and close. It folds up small for ease of carrying. It’s lightweight but withstands some wind. It also matched my dress and is quite pretty. I highly recommend.

I love my sunbrella! It's pretty, it's light, and it does a great job keeping my marshmallowyness marshmallowy (I'm a pale gal)! I can feel the temperature difference from using a regular umbrella, this blocks UV. It doesn't fold up as tight and small as I'd like, but eh considering it keeps me out of the sun I can deal with that. I also love that it's dual purpose...rain or shine!

Beautiful umbrella! Sturdy good quality material. You need 2 hands to open and close there is no button. Great for sun protection. Its handle is a little short but makes for an easy fit to carry or store when your on the go. The colors are exceptional sooo pretty. I purchasesd for my mom for use on our Florida trip for sun protection. She has to keep the sun off her face. She felt selfconcious at the thought of using an umbrella until I gave her this one! She loved it! The photo was taken on a very hot sunny day, we were at an equestrian competition, no shade, this umbrella was perfect. She rested the handle on her purse which was on her lap because it's a little short. She also used it while standing at the ocean's edge. Be careful if its windy. I love the artful style the color and the bird accents. The colors and style fit right into out vacation setting. Come with a flitted slip cover case as well.

I purchased this 7 years ago and have used it often in both rain and sun. Sun protection is very good. Love it! I’ve been hard on it but it’s still fine. Ex: I let it mildew by closing it wet and forgetting about it. It cleaned up well though. It still operates perfectly and fabric is in good shape. Recently I took it out in high wind and it took a beating. It’s still ok but I decided I would buy another as back up. I was surprised to find it’s still being sold so I’m buying it again. It’s not the smallest and lightest - I’ve had those very small ones before and they were flimsy and didn’t last.

Very pretty design! This umbrella is shallow and wide, and collapses to a fairly small size. It took me a minute to figure out how to lock it in place, I kept pushing the switch instead of just leaving it alone and letting it lock. I feel like eventually that switch will break as it's just a plastic mechanism, but it feels solid enough to last a while. I bought this to use an an outdoor festival where I think the UV protection will be really useful, and then it will also be my backup rain umbrella.

It's pretty, but isn't made very well. A few minutes after inspecting it, one of the little tiny caps came off and left part of the fabric dangling. I would send it back, but don't won't to spend the money for the shipping. I'm very creative and able to repair, so I will manage to repair it, but not what I really want to do. Other than that, it's a pretty umbrella. By the way, I didin't know what to expect as far as the "UVB" aspect. Underneath the umbrella fabric it's silver...almost like a coating, but not sure what it really is. I'm not describing this very well, but it's my attempt at a review. lol. I expect the "slide" on the handle will eventually break too.. It's plastic and just not made well at all. I wouldn't buy this again.
