I purchased a pair of both the 10' and 20' cables. Resistance measurements(4 wire) show that the tip and ring cores are 22 awg, and the shield is equivalent resistance to 20 awg wire.Pros: From the outside they look well made. The aluminum ends and strain reliefs look adequate. I haven't tried them in a challenging environment, but so far they are working fine.Cons: They're pretty thin cables so I'm not sure how much abuse they can take. They'll probably kink more easily than thicker cables. The shells on the ends are aluminum with molded strain reliefs, so they can't easily be disassembled and reassembled if and end ever needs repair..

This cable will be used live, to connect katana 100 gen 3, to GA-FC EX foot controller (because the cable that boss gives you is i think like 10ft long. These cables are braided and definitely heavier duty, which is good because they will come from back, around side stage, and to the front; everybody on/off stage will be stepping on/over them.

Looks good, but for these things, the review should be after many years. It's a bout durability and that's hard to predict.

2 20 ft cables for this price is amazing!I use them for stereo out from my Yamaha MX88 or Motif xs8 keyboards and love that they are purple so they can be distinguished from other cables. Being TRS connectors insures good quality sound.Also like the 90 degree jacks into the keyboard
