Got it for my Boyfriend who is a head chef for christmas he absolutely loves it!

I've been a fan of Dalstrong knife for a long time now so when my wife said she wanted a Nakiri knife, I did not hesitate and got her that one. that knife will last her a very long time. Super sharp, looks amazing, easy to handle. what else can you ask for? don't hesitate!

I love this knife. This seriers is beautiful. I also have the 7 inche slicer. They go on the knife block to be seen.

Overall a good knife. I'm not to impressed that mine came with some damages out of the box... there is a small chip at the front of the blade, and a scuff mark to the left of the logo. For the price you pay for one of these I would expect it to come with no damages.... and because of that I'm giving it two stars, doesn't matter how nice it is or how good it works if you cant even buy one in perfect condition out of the box. I'm not to happy... Update, went through customer service and they were great, had no problems and got a new knife shipped to my door the next day. Great service and a great knife.

I love Dalstrong knives more than anything in my house, so let me just cut to the chase, buy it. If there was a house fire, and I could only grab one item, I’m grabbing my knife. I am constantly in the kitchen, and their nakiri knives are my absolute favorite. I use it exclusively for 99.9% of my cooking needs. My husband bought me one of their 7” nakiri knives (Gladiator series) about 5 or so years ago as a present, and it is still in immaculate condition even with heavy everyday usage. We moved recently, and he bought me this Valhalla version of the 7” nakiri. I was practically jumping up and down. These knives will last you a lifetime if you take care of them, and their customer service is top-notch. The weight is absolutely perfect. Theyre full tang. Very sharp, and lovely to hold when you have to prep tons of stuff in the kitchen. Plus, they’re just beautiful to look at. Look no further. Dalstrong is THE best. Yes, they’re pricey, but once you use a Dalstrong knife, you will never go back.
