The media could not be loaded. Pretty solid cooler. I have the master bedroom and I instantly felt a difference without even using the water cooling feature. It’s also pretty light for the size and comes with wheels to make it easy to move around, especially once you add water. Wish I had bought it sooner but happy I have it for hotter part of the summer. Really happy o don’t have to hook it up to any windows so I can place it anywhere in my room. Only negatives is that it is a expensive (in-comparison to a small bedroom cooler) and large (if you have a small room) but a worthy summer investment for those hot days!!

This was the absolute worse, I got it for my bedroom because it gets hot, I left it on for about 2 hours expecting to walk in to a cool room..Noooope, I walked in to what felt like an Amazon rainforest, it was so humid in there I could barely breath.. I turned that dang cooling function off real quick. The fan alone was ok but I wasn't about to keep an overpriced fan. The cool button doesnt cool down nothing just makes it super humid..it will probably be good for an outdoor cooling fan but not indoors. Waste of time and money. Returning

i bought this item for my mom since she wanted a cooler that has less noise than a ac. this really surprised me. it is not only functional, but also nice and small. its such a perfect cooler at this price range.

I live in SoCal and the main purpose I bought this unit to have it in my garage to provide some cool air while I play table tennis there. It gives somewhat relieve. Since my garage is not insulated, I dont expect more. During heatwaves, I brought it in my bedroom and it makes an excellent job.However, there are few issues I don't like.1) You can't let it run out of water or you can damage a pump. For the cooler price over $300, the manufacturer could add a simple low level water switch to turn off the pump. It would cost them just $20 more but they did not do that.2) Casters are very cheap and some times are getting locked then you move the unit around3) There is no good handles to lift the unit if you need to carry it over something.

So had this about six months use it inside out side what ever but over time the media gets lint or dust build up i have tried numerous way to take it apart, appears the bottom comes of first as the top 4 corners have 2 screws per i can see them from opening top back and bending.. So the problem with the bottom its all plastic snap locked together and prolly some sort of adhesive.. Do not want to turn it in a 350 dollar piece of trash so i did my best with a shop vac and air compressor when dry.. My suggestion portal cool and other manufacture have similar item for same price give or take and you can buy replacement media so this is basically a throw away when it gets bad enough ill take another attempt to get it apart! The CFM is good on this unit though not sure why they decide to do this dumb in my opinion ...

Great cooler for this summer ！it was very easy to use. Installation was easy. i put the wheels on，i can easy to roll it from one room to the other room. it can keep a small room cool！Good for the price. I wish we had bought this years ago. Cools real fast and is not that loud. it's not a fan. it's an air conditioner that does cool very good.

Out of the blue mine stopped working and the instruction manual has no information, there is nothing I can google to find out what is going on and my email was rejected. I will call Monday and see if I can get some help. The water is not circulating so I presume I need a new water pump? It took about 1 hour to get the back off. I have used it probably every day for 3 months but it should not just die!?

Not sure why a lot of reviews claim this thing will cool off a room 1 the air it pushes out makes the humidity climb in the house. We live in the Midwest not Florida. On non humid days outside inside my house felt like and indoor pool or the tropics. 2 I’ve used the provided ice pacs. To small and don’t last long. Even if you buy bigger ice packs it still doesn’t cool off one room. We bought this due to us having pop out windows and couldn’t buy a portable AC due to no ventilation. Not sure what the purpose of this air cooler is, but the reviews are misleading. Is this for campers and outside use only? Send back. Not worth it if it doesn’t work. Buy an portable AC if you need something I’m the 3 to 500 Dallas range. At least the compressor will blow out COLD air. I hate giving bad reviews but it is what it is.
