Bueno... Es un trozo de "Tubigrip" cortado de 1 metro, si buscáis algo más seguro es mejor una sujeción específica aunque cueste un poco más, sino pues siempre puedes comprar el rollo entero por un poco más.

I use it as a knee support. It fits well over my knee and gives good stability on bad days. It is elasticated and soft enough not to mark the skin. Also found it to be good value for money.

It good support for my knee but a bit loose for wrist but still helps with the support I need

I meter of elastic bandage.. Bought the large knee size Not hemmed Won't last long but plenty good enough for temporary relief. Managed to cut four out of the length. Fits well and provides good support. Excellent value for money.

Have reduced the star rating because the support bandage was in two pieces....I was expecting a 1 metre length. Other than that it is what it says a support bandage.
