No side effects for me, i feel my muscles are relaxed just after 3 days of using before i had cramps in my legs and arms. Using daily at night. Highly recommend. Also good price than other brands.

This magnesium works well and I have been taking for some time now. I take one capsule at night before sleeping and I get a very good deep sleep. In the morning I take the same brand K2 & D3 and it helps with my immune system so I don’t get sick very often. Thanks and will be back to buy again.
