A really good stand for gigging musicians
The best stand that’s also light weight. It’s a snap to adjust. Hopefully this lasts long considering it’s not the cheapest

Best mic stand I have ever found in my 15 years as a musician.
This is the best mic stand I have found. While I suppose it could be "stripped" it's a lot easier to adjust with its knob than the ones with the lever that I have previously had. My general experience with all the Hercules products is that they are superior.

Work horse
Works as it should, very sturdy. A little pricey, but I've been gigging out with it and it seems great so far. And built better than On-Stage or anything like that cheap mic stands.

Great mic stand.
This boom stand is different than most in that it does not have a separate boom that screws on the top. The boom is an integral feature that nests inside the main tube when it is not needed. Sort of like a Yamaha cymbal stand boom. Despite having no counterweight, the boom angle adjustment tightens and holds the arm securely. I regularly use this fully extended to put an x-y pair of condensers in a grand piano with no stability problems at all.The stand is light, and folds compactly, yet is extremely stable. The only thing to watch is that the boom will not swing laterally, if you are a drummer who likes to swing the mic out of the way when it isn't being used, will not work for this. All other uses, however are exemplary

This is a solid mic stand. Built great. The best I've used. 👍

6 stars!
This is by far the best microphone stand I've ever had! I am 6 ft tall and every microphone stand I have comes up to around my face level but it starts to Teeter if I'm not careful. With this microphone stand, it doesn't Teeter at all. The design is amazing. There's a little trigger that you hold in to adjust the height on the pole which is way way easy. I can also adjust it taller than I am which allows me to put my large diaphragm condenser microphone upside down which is done to dissipate heat from the microphone and allow your throat and vocals to open more by having your head raised lightly. I really noticed a difference in my singing from just that little Added Touch. And also looks awesome! It really makes me feel like a professional. It was well worth the price. That's also so easy to put back in its original shape that portability is not a problem. Six stars!

Clutch has seized
This is a great microphone stand, easily the most durable and best I have owned. It is miles above the rest when it comes to quality. I've used it in my home studio since late December and it has been great-but then the EZ Clutch seized and now I cannot raise or lower the center pole. I don't know if I somehow "locked it"; I can find no way to unlock it if so. It just seems stuck. This stand as never left the house, fallen over, or been abused. Either there is some mechanism that locks the clutch no matter how much you squeeze it, or the clutch has failed. Thats a bummer for a $100 product.
