Just what I was looking for. So easy to place photographs

Very thin all over. Looks scraggy. Kept toppling over.

This is an exceptional photo album. It looks like a quality book of art that would not look out of place sitting on permanent display on a coffee table and not tucked away in a cupboard like so many photo albums. The linen effect cover artwork is fabulous.The quality and sturdiness is excellent and no matter how many times it is viewed I feel that this is a photo album that will last well and can be passed down to next generation family members. We will fill ours with photos of special family occasions for that specific purpose in mind.The size of the self-adhesive insert pages is great for laying out different sized photos and this would make a unique gift for someone you feel would appreciate creating their own memorable photo collection. A neat little smoother gadget for taking any creases out of the page covers and a pen for memorable quotes. Not the cheapest photo album but this is not just an ordinary photo album so for that special lifetime collection this is the album you need.

This is a real treat of a photo album with a cover that is just superb!The quality of this is fabulous and you can see/feel that quality the second you take the album out of the box.Extremely sturdy, so well-constructed, and with a fantastic adhesive quality on each page, this is a roomy photo album that I am so excited to start using.Though I perhaps wouldn't pay as much as this for a photo albums, as such, because this is such good quality and of course looks stunning on display, I think the price is perhaps justified in this instance!

As this album is smaller than A4 size it's rather frustrating for larger prints made on a home printer. I decided after some experimentation that it's at its best with just two postcard sized (6" x 4") prints per page. This leaves enough white space for the best display and enough of the tacky backing exposed to hold the clear protective film down firmly. Probably up to 5" x 8" would be alright but this isn't a common size for printer paper for photos, so would have to cut down from a larger sheet.Two prints per page would allow up to 40 photos in the album, nicely presented, without looking crowded.The clear film on each page is easily creased I found. Using the supplied "squeegee" plastic smoother makes the job of eliminating bubbles under the film easier.A gold metallic brush-pen comes with the album to allow the writing of attractive titles on each page.The album has a slip cover of polythene to keep it protected, but it's a bit loose.The design is "lay-flat" when opened, which is a plus.The price is a bit too high for what you get in my opinion. But the quality is fair.

I like the look of the album and found the photos easy to mount. Included was a gadget like a spatula which was useful for smoothing the transparent cover over the pictures. It worked really well.
