Very good dosa tawa. Loved it

Appears to be made of virgin low carbon steel. The surface is thickest in its class and the highlight is the machine finished surface with concentric circles. A tawa cannot get better than this. To get the best out of this certain care is required otherwise you will end up making complaints on Amazon. It is better to cook chapati or roti for three or four occasions and just rub out the excess oil with kitchen tissue. Avoid using harsh cleaners or brushes. Thereafter one can make splendid crispy dosa uniformly browned and roasted.
