I love this pan. It can hold anywhere from a 10 lb turkey to a 25 lb. one. So easy to clean and I ran it in my dishwasher. Exactly as described and very quick shipping and delivery. I'll be using this for years to come.

I got this for thanksgiving to make the turkey in. These pans are a kitchen must-have. This one accommodates a medium-sized turkey, plus veggies no problem. Same for chickens. it makes cooking birds very easy with the rack allowing dripping to collect in the pan. Clean-up is easy, with only the rack requiring some scrubbing. Then pan itself can go into the dishwasher.

Ordered from Amazon, received item scratched. Contacted manufacturer directly and sent an immediate replacement after sending photos. 👍

I bought this roasting pan for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. I it is just like the one that I own. They love it!!

This is a basic roaster and is a great pan for roasting. I do not know where the product description came from but it is incorrect. If you look on the Calphalon web site you will find the correct product description. This roasting pan is not oven safe up to 700 degrees and it is not broiler proof. I do not know why anyone would want to broil in a roasting pan or cook a roast above above 350 degrees. Roasting at higher temperatures usually results in disaster. Most roasting is done below 400 degrees except for a few occasions when you might want to put a quick sear or browning on your roast. That said, if you use this pan as the manufacturer intended you will have great results. I have owned anodized aluminum cookware for many years. It is easy to clean and gives good results if used properly. One of the secrets to great cooking is understanding both the benefits and the limitations of your cooking tools. I like this pan because it transfers heat well, is light weight and easy to clean. There are better pans out there but this pan will give you a great roast and it is easy to make gravy on the stove top with it. Tip, use as low a heat as possible to breakup the fond and to make your roux.

Great quality, very sturdy. Does and excellent job roasting a turkey. Cleanup up is quite easy.

Great product! Perfect size and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I was very hesitant to buy this one at first, but now very happy with my choice.
