How do you remove them without damaging phone

Hello, you can try to use hard cards, nails or nail tools to remove them from the edges of the lens.

Can these protectors be easily removed if needing to be replaced?

No. The protectors really stick on. When I removed the lens covers, they came off in parts. It took a while to get the final glass piece off. There is still adhesive that I couldn’t get off sticking to the sides of my lenses.
