Arrived in a timely fashion and fit perfectly

Had to make them work, even though I order a medium, but that was easier then to send them back because of two straps being way to long.

We have purchased a few of these, not because they are poor quality but because like all the parts of these machines, they do need to be replaced from time to time. Comfortable and does the trick. Better price than most for this brand of machine.

I feel the velcro wears off to easily, doesnt fully hold tight, and sometimes leaves acne on the back of my head after a night's use. However, do we have a choice, we have to use it. So it is what it is. Way overpriced, not great comfort wise, but works.

I ordered the men's style of headgear rather than the women's because the last time I bought the women's, it was too small and smashed my ears. Plus, the men's kind is cheaper and I wanted to see if it is basically the same and they are just ripping off women with the purple version. The straps are a bit wider than the women's, but I like the length of the straps and it fits fine. I would buy it again.
