Dont waste your money
This was purchased in 2023 and seemed good, the sanitize function NEVER worked. none of the features you need to use the app for worked. just basic suit refresh. But got the price I expected it to last much longer than two years. Pathetic. and Samsung wants $140 just to schedule an appointment to come out.

Fantastic machine for people who wear suits everyday
I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews for this item. If you are someone who has to wear a suit to work everyday then this appliance is a must have. It easily allows me to wear each suit 5x longer than I otherwise could before needing to take it to the dry cleaner. It’s not going to actually dry clean your clothes, remove stains, etc. However, it absolutely does “freshen up” suits and remove wrinkles, making them look far better than before they went in. If I go out to lunch my suit jacket tends to smell like a restaurant. This removes the smell completely. Also the mirror door is a nice touch and the interior lights are great for getting dressed in the morning.

Read this before you buy it!
I bought one of these and have had it for about a year. When you use it for what it can do, it's a 5/5. When you use it for what it can't do, it is a 0! The unit is beautiful and not at all an eyesore in the room. It is not overly bulky, either. What it does 5 out of 5. it refreshes and sanitizes your clothes. You can skip a few rounds of laundry by using the machine. You get a moderately stretched shirt back if you use the highest setting for shirts. With certain fabrics, it takes away all the wrinkles. Certain types of wool and similar fabrics come out as though ironed. BUT What it doesn't do well: With many fabrics, it does not take any wrinkles out. With trial and error, you can find the sweet spot with some fabrics. It also does not maintain the crease, so be careful before putting your suits in there without testing them. Here is the "test." Get a handheld steamer. This machine will do it even better if it removes creases from your cloths even better. If the handheld steamer doesn't remove creases from that fabric, the machine won't either. I am ok with mine and I am glad I bought it. If it took creases out of more fabrics, I would be delighted with it.

This ain’t it
I rarely leave reviews but this is actually, without a doubt, the worst appliance I have ever owned. The programming is nonsensical and wastes your time with many unnecessary steps, the descaling issues seen in other reviews are 100% true, and it’s now actual garbage because the heating element went bad twice and this time it’s out of warranty. Please, save yourself the heartache and pass on this one.

Great for tailor made clothes, e.g suits, sport jackets dressing pants, even jeans.
The decalcifier mode command seems not working as the manual says. Still needs to clarify. Anti wrinkle working great with wool dressing pants and Jeans but less so with cotton khakis. For shirts wrinkle free, it'll depends on the fabric, twill and OCBD it works decently. Ironfree cotton dressing shirt, it works great. Silk pajamas so so. Haven't try linen shirt yet, but I highly doubt it will work. Also, we definitely need to add aroma sheets to make the garment fresh. Overall, it's a grear stuff.

A+ for Hockey Gear
I purchased the Samsung AirDresser to steam, sanitize, & dry my hockey gear. I can attest that it is a fantastic product, under one condition: you use it properly. I recommend always using filtered water & running the longest cycles if you want the best results. The “quick” settings don’t do much unless you just need a fast refresh. The sanitize functions do a better job of actually cleaning your clothes + releasing wrinkles. If you need to dry clothes that have been exposed to rain, this closet is perfect. The 2022 model is by far the best. The interior of the closet looks a lot nicer than previous years. Pros: Sleek design. Much better looking than LG Styler Large capacity. I’m glad we purchased the 5 hanger “grand” design. 3 would be too narrow for hockey gear. Extremely easy to use. Setup took maybe 20min Cons: Could use a larger water basin so you don’t have to refill as often Needs higher steam output on “daily” & “quick” settings to release wrinkles better The SmartThings app requires you to physically press “start” on the machine after you submit your desired setting. Would be nice to do it remotely away from home.

I like the machine, I'll be looking into the LG version to avoid Samsung nightmares
Gave up a couple of weeks in. It's a great machine turned useless by lack of Samsung customer support started getting the run de-scaling cycle about a week in. Overall was happy with everything. The de-scaling cycle doesn't exist from what I could find out. The Manual says to press dry and sanitize which opens no secret menu. Tried everything, app, a billion times pressing the buttons, it's good to remind you that Samsung has no customer support, so you're on your own there. I called, and after 3 calls, they wanted to send someone over, and I would get charged if they didn't find a problem. The person on the phone was hard to reach and had the same answers as the robot. Amazon was spectacular in picking up for Samsung's lack of customer service. It hasn't been the first time they were able to help me out after a nightmarish TV situation Samsung created in 2020. Liked the product and will be looking into the LG version.

Broken within weeks, Samsung support a nightmare - avoid product at all costs
Product stopped working shortly after purchase. Even though it’s covered under warranty, Samsung has not been able to fix the issue (I spent hours upon hours trying to do so). Samsung customer service is horrible as are their third party techs; they refused to replace the item even though it was clearly not working. I won’t go into the details, but steer clear of this product and anything Samsung.
