Good stuff but not as good as the bottle version

I’ve suffered with insomnia for many years, now in my late 40’s I assume it’s related to peri- menopause. I have now slept well for 7 consecutive nights and I’m pretty sure it’s because of taking the Alpha01 Ashwagandha. It’s taken quite a few weeks for them to kick in, and I finished the bottle 2 days ago. I had to buy another brand as unfortunately these ones are currently unavailable. I’m surprised that my insomnia is back immediately I switched to the new brand. The new tablets are only 300mg whereas Alpha01 ashwagandha are 1950mg! I would definitely recommend them as they’re much cheaper and more effective.

I bought this because of reviews I’m not sure how it affects others but I feel really tired when I take it I’ve taken different brands for years between 300/600 strength this seem high for one tablet I definitely won’t take 3 as recommended but I think we are all different I won’t be ordering again .

Had more energy on these ashwaganda no more anxiety

These were horrid. The smell of them Alone was enough to put me off then the size of the pill itself. It was like a horse tranquilizer. How anyone swallows these is beyond me. Waste of my hard earned money .
