Keeping it old school
This is the sort of kit I grew up on. Know that it's not like a lego kit - you can't take it apart after it's together, and you need to use airplane glue (polystyrene cement). I spray painted some of the pieces last night and I'm waiting for my grandson to come over so we can assemble it together. I think he will be disappointed that it doesn't work like his lego stuff, but delighted when he sees that it is much more realistic.

Love the model. The price is great. And these tiny things have plenty of detail. I hate that the boxes were squished and in the neighbor's mail box instead of mine. But all in all. Good deal
