Good replacement parts
This worked great. Good refurbishment to my tent poles. Would buy again.

Decent variety to handle most tent pole repair needs
Works as advertised. Quality replacement parts provided in multiple sizes for maximum compatibility with multiple brands of tents. I only needed one part out of this package, but it's good to know if any of the other components on my collection of tents fail, I have the supplies on hand already.

It wasn't easy but....fixed it!
I have a version of a Coleman Montana 6 8 person tent I bought about ten years ago. I see I could get another for $145 on Amazon. When disassembling on a camping trip a couple of weeks ago, the cord in one of the poles snapped. I guess I'm lucky it lasted this long.Anyway, tried to order a replacement pole, didn't fit, thought I'd try the repair option. I've been dreading this, but thought I'd try today. There are no instructions, just a cord, a piece of skinny wire, and a couple of other little hardware items (metal washers and sleeves).I had watched a couple of YouTube videos earlier, but essentially what I ended up doing, was reaching down in the pole with tweezers to pull out the remainder of the old cord. Then, I stuck the end of the skinny wire down into the end of the new cord, then threaded them through the little holes in the ends of each segment of the poles. I didn't time it, but it probably took an hour. At the end, I felt kind of relieved and lucky to have been able to do it at all. I certainly hope I don't have to do it again for a while.I'm not sure there is any easy way to do this. I heard some people have tried tape or wax to hold the end of the new cord to the wire and done it that way. Be persistent, and you might get it.

Low close solution
Our tent broke, and this was cheaper than replacing the poles. This makes it easy to repair your poles without spending a whole lot of extra money. I was impressed by the quality and the price. This is a low-cost solution to what could be a high-cost problem.

Exactly what I needed
Bought two packs just in case. Checked my tent for dry rot and only had one pole who needed new string. Can’t take a photo since the product was used before I wrote this review.Excellent amount of product for the cost. And it definitely did its job. 10/10
