I had the utter pleasure of reading an early copy of this, and what a pleasure it was. Some bits were spit your coffee out funny, and it's all retold exactly as Louisa speaks in her online communities. Full of knowledge of the industry and a completely true to life recollection of the life of a beautician. Great read!!
