True to the name
The design of this slim wallet delivers its promise. My husband's previous leather wallet was looking pretty thick inside his pockets, so I helped him pare down what was essential to keep and move in to the new wallet. (He was still carrying at least 2 several-years-expired cards.) I like how there are more card slots hidden inside the billfold for whatever is less frequently used. He's happy with the new one so far.The material is the only thing I'm questioning if it will hold up to years of wear. When first opening up the wallet, the material covering the top of the billfold doesn't appear to cover the whole billfold section, and while I believe that is intentional in the design, it appears unfinished to me. This thing that bothers me is only visible if there are no bills in there, and since my husband does carry a small amount of cash, I'm not docking any points for aesthetics

Exactly what I needed
I wanted slim but can hold cash. I tossed the RFID block things as they aren’t something I’m interested in using. Most situations I’m in I want to use RFID through my wallet. Luckily they aren’t sewn in or anything, 10 seconds later, they were in the trash and I had a wallet half the size as before with the same capacity.10/10 if you carry cash and want a slim wallet, this is the one for you.

The best slim wallet so far
Tried several “thin” wallets before settling on this one. Initially seemed fragile, and I was skeptical of the durability claims, but it’s held up well after a year—turns out the marketing was accurate. Card and cash access is simple. I carry an ID, four cards, and 15 bills, and it remains impressively slim.

Compact wallet needing some improvements
Overall a very small and compact wallet. Most things fit in a breeze. Looks good in pocket without showing much to an onlooker.Few things that can be improved- materials could be a little better, seems it may tear anytime, although has been ok so far- inserting / removing cards is tough sideways vs top down- wish they had a size between original and micro. As micro is just enough to cover notes but can leave some larger notes protruding out while the original size was too big.

Small but it works
This is so small. Almost through it away because I didn't see it in the Amazon box with a bunch of bigger items. But amazingly everything I need fits. Can get rid of my big old leather wallet.

It really is Slim!
I have bought many wallets in the last few years to figure out how to efficiently carry what I needed along with my iPhone. I used a combo phone case wallet for about 2 years and got frustrated that it would not quite hold what I needed, and the case impaired my use of the phone. I bought two other style "minimalist" wallets in the last two weeks, both fails. This was the one! It held everything I need and it is the smallest most unobtrusive wallet I have ever seen. If it wears like others have indicated, I am never going back.

RFID only works with certain cards
The media could not be loaded. Material is cut so it has to always stretch when inserting and removing cards. This will likely become loose, tear, or rip related to friction in time. Insufficient RFID and quality control (sub-par stitching) seems to be a plague with this product. RFID is just a metallic piece of cardboard that will only protect for certain frequencies, I hope you know the frequency of all your proximity Cards. Solution: aluminium foil can be used in place if you are looking for thinner and just as effective. Once you have it in hand you will think you have a teens wallet made in China with the quality of stitching. Pictures below show 8 cards, 7 bills in both wallets same cards and same bills. In addition the remaining cards have to be stored on the inside of the money pocket as only 4 cards will fit in the front 3 pockets. I will update my review based upon my 1 week of use.Pros-Customer Service-Material feels nice-Material is water repellent-Nice Color- Thinner than leather same thickness as my previous trifoldCons- expensive- packaging does not do the wallet any favors If I saw this wallet in a store I would pass no questions asked just based on packaging. suggestion cardboard slide.- Description is misleading material only is waterproof-Pockets are smaller than cards this will require force to put cards in or take them out. in time this may fail.-RFID Protection only for cards of certain frequencies. Recommendation buy separate RFID protection if you can afford it after this wallet.-Not thin compared to all my previous wallets but it is lighterClaims that hold no weight to me- crash tested and wind tested up to 70mph-100% waterproof-8 cards or more- 3x thinner than leatherUpdate 1: After owning for 2 days it has grown on me so I am moving it from 2 stars to 3 stars. all mentioned items above are still an issue RFID does not work period on mine. Transit card, Work Card, and Credit/Debit Cards all still function while in wallet. However I may need to end up returning for an exchange as it appears the orange stitching on mine is starting to fray from the friction of being pulled in and out of my pocket only after 2 days. Possible this may be weak fibers just coming loose. Time will tell.Update 2: Just after posting my first update the co-founder of Slimfold Dave Z responded to my review and offered a warranty replacement. I am just blown away by the customer service for Slimfold and their proactive approach to customer satisfaction. I will say I feel the money spent on this wallet is worth it.
