I had my doubts based on the price alone, but it was a brand new, genuine Montblanc article. It's great for writing with fountain pens, I saw no bleeding through with various inks and pens I tried. High quality Italian manufacturing.

This notebook is the right size for carrying daily. The leather is quality Italian and the pages are very nice. The only thing I would like better is the lined pages being a little more condensed. They are a little wider than I would prefer. Great notebook overall!

this note book is very high quality and well packed notebook I love so much. im fan of notebooks and this one just makes me feel that I've ordered exactly what I need . so I would highly recommend it for buyers.

Nice, but not what I would have expected from a brand such as MontBlanc. The rule on this is tailored towards fountain pen users where I prefer narrow ruled notebooks. The build and materials are good, but I should have tried looking at one in a boutique prior to purchasing it.
