I had bought another 3rd party charging cable for my Fitbit Charge 5. But I was disappointed that the magnet on the interface was weak and it was difficult to keep the cable attached to the Charge 5. Very often, I'd find that it was out of alignment and that the Charge 5 had not received any charge.I bought this cable on the basis of the manufacturer's assertion that the magnet was stronger than other 3rd part charging cables. I can say that this is true. The magnet is perhaps not quite as strong as the one in the factory cable, but it's considerably stronger than the one in my other 3rd party cable. It does indeed keep the cable firmly attached to my Charge 5.The reset button is also nice to have. It works as expected and allows one to perform a reset of the Charge 5 when needed.Overall, I'm pleased with this pair of 3rd party charging cables.

Great deal, one if each length is awesome. They work well with my Luxe no issues.Update: 7/23The longer of the 2 cords is now not working. I may have used it 4 or 5 times and when I tried to charge my Luxe it wouldn't work. This cord didn't last long at all. I will update again if I have an issue with the short cord. 🤔Update 9-3-22, So the short cord is still working just fine. I contacted seller and explained the issue and seller replaced both cords immediately. No problems with any of my cords since. My guess: there was a wire not connected on the inside of that cord with the issue. Happy now. 😊Now as of today March 31 2023, the other cord stopped working. So I will be looking for a new cord.

You get what you pay for, so I’m not giving a one star review, because I was the one who bought this looking for a deal … but the shorter of the two cables stopped working reliably after only about one use. I could still get it to charge if I laid it down in a very specific position and didn’t jostle it the whole time it was charging. Eventually, however, the cord pulled straight out of the USB end. It doesn’t look like it was really ever soundly connected at all. The second cable clearly suffers from the same issue, as I have repeatedly had to push the cord back in to regain contact with USB side of the charger, and then my Fitbit would start charging again. I feel like this probably isn’t safe, so I never leave it charging in a room unless I am there. It’s probably a fire hazard. I will say, it is nice to have the reset button on the cord! That was actually a bigger selling point for me than the low price.

The price for a 2 pack of charging cables was very inexpensive. I wish the actual cable was a higher gauge for better durability. I used one of the new cables the evening I got it and it worked just as well as the cable that comes with the Charge 5. I wanted additional cables for when I travel. Very satisfied.

At this significant cost reduction compared to the official Fitbit version, this does exactly the same thing - reset function, too.

great to have a few extra watch chargers for my office and travel bag

Laid on my end table by the bed. Just quit working. Used my other cable that I keep in my backpack and works fine. Outside of window for return.
