What....what does it do?

Late at night the dragon comes to life and flies around the living room shooting fire and terrorizing the villages of of tiny people that have also come to life.

Can you use it on a gas range?

By Gas Range you mean a stovetop cooking surface. You should never use gas cooktops for anything other then cooking. I work for a utility company and do not recommend wasting natural gas or LPG for humidifying a room using the Dragon. If you are talking about a gas fireplace used for heating, that's a different story. The fireplace will be doing its intended purpose and the dragon will be more of a decoration then functional humidifier. Some gas fireplaces may not get as hot as a wood burning fireplace/stove, so counting on the dragon to get hot enough to make steam may be hard to do. Hope this helps.

will it work with radiators ?

mine sits on my wood burning stove. Not sure if your radiator would heat enough to be effective.
