Not worth it imo
Installation was difficult because it has the wrong connectors so be ready to figure that out.I thought we could just use the sensor but no it's like playing games because you still have to turn the water on THEN you van use the sensor so if someone comes and turns the water and the sensor off, water will not come out so you have to be back and forth between the sensor and the handle. There is 5 members in my household some of use the sensor some the handle so it's so annoying to be back and forth to see which one will give you water.And...the sensor is in the wrong part when you are washing dishes you will activate it on and off so yeah, I wish we could return it but my husband took soo long to install itIt's a nice faucet and might be a good one if you live by yourself so you can leave the handle always on and just use the sensor

First one leaked....second one ok
So I waited until I had a chance to install this unit in order to truly write a helpful review…I was looking forward to this faucet because I wanted to be able to wash my hands without touching to minimize cross-contamination while cooking…when it arrived, the quality of the parts were impressive. They looked good and felt like they were made of quality material. Style is great. I was hopeful that this unit would work as well as it looks. Then came installation day! After looking at the instructions, I realized I needed some supplemental information to help me understand the process. I ended up watching several installation videos for touchless faucets. I watched one on the Moen model and another video on a similar non-branded faucet from Amazon. I felt confident that I understood the process afterwards. Keep in mind, I have installed faucets in the past (not electric ones though), so this was not entirely new to me. If you have not done this before; two things you will need that you may not have is Teflon tape (pipe thread tape) and a faucet wrench. There are universal ones that will work on most faucets. This is what I used.First thing you will have to do is remove your old faucet. This can be one of the most difficult parts of the process depending on your situation and if you have the correct tool. For me, it was actually easy, but your mileage may vary. Installing the new faucet is not really tricky once you understand, but the manual leaves a lot to be desired. Minor issues you may run into is needing additional connectors or adapters to make your setup work with the new faucet. The faucet has male ½: connections so I needed a ½” hex connectors.Rather than continue on with this as a normal review, I must get to the point. This faucet has a couple major flaws. First, the check valves were installed backwards, so no water would pass through even though everything was set up correctly on my end. A newb might never figure this out! I was able to determine that issue, but quickly found the biggest flaw: IT LEAKS. Over the course of two days, I worked on this trying to eliminate all possible causes. In the end, the controller itself and the quick connections are not up to the task. After a huge struggle with trying to eliminate the leak at the controller, I gave up and attempted to bypass it by just connecting the pull down hose directly. Still, it leaked like crazy. I attempted to change O-rings, used teflon tape and other solutions in order to use the controller and even to by-pass it. Nothing worked. The controller and the other quick connections leak terribly and there is nothing to do about it! Poor design and or tolerances. In the end, I had to run out to a local store and buy a cheap faucet as a stand-in until a new faucet arrives, since I prematurely trashed the old one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this faucet at all costs. I can not begin to explain how much time and effort was wasted on this product. Trust me, I wanted it to work and tried everything I could, it just doesn’t!Update: seller reached out and sent replacement. This one works! 3 Stars added

Tiny and connectors don't fit.
This thing is meant for a little bar sink at best. We went to install it after removing the old faucet, only to find out the mounting plate that goes over the sink is at least 1" shorter than the original. It just barely covered the two outside holes in the sink. I wish I would have gotten a video of how tiny this mounting face plate is which makes it offer zero support. It makes my sink flex and I can easily move the faucet back and forth and side to side until I feel like it would just snap off. We were so frustrated that we ripped out back out before I thought to get a video. As for the functionality of the sensor or faucet all together, I couldn't tell you. We didn't make it that far since (as another reviewer mentioned) the connectors don't fit so you have to purchase the correct ones separately. The faucet would not last more than a month in my house without being snapped off due to it's flimsiness, so I will not be purchasing the correct adapters. The faucet Sprayer itself is also tiny a you can see in the photo. Not worth it to me so in it's box it will sit in a closet until maybe I put in a new bar. Unless you have a 20" sink, don't purchase.

It took me 20 years to install a touchless faucet in my kitchen, but it was worth the wait.
I actually tried to install a different faucet before this one. It didn't work properly - so I got this one already mad at plumbing in general and really ready to use my sink again. It took about 20 minutes to install all told. The plate covers the three holes that were already in the sink and blends perfectly with the stainless steel. One thing I advise is: when you go to place the counterweight to allow you to pull the retractable hose out, run it up and down a few times underneath the sink to make sure it's not going to catch on anything.I really like the pluggable battery pack - it makes switching the batteries a lot easier than in some of the other models I've seen. I don't have to climb up under the sink to get to anything. The motion detector is very sensitive but not too sensitive - you have to get used to not moving a pot from one side of the sink to the other directly in front of it, but if you back about 6 in or so it usually doesn't trigger the faucet. The spray is a good spread, and it's hard enough to help pre-wash dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. All in all I'm just super happy with this faucet. It's made my sink even more usable, so it's been a significant upgrade to my kitchen.Five stars, definitely recommend it

It's pretty but been a tough one
This has been the hardest installation because the 2 end are female and you've got to buy a 1/2 in male connector to hook them together. Ive ran into problems there because the faucet end isn't solid and let's the water come out the top. It's been a pain but in going to figure it out
