They will make sure to please their customers with their products and customer support!!!From the ARISMOTOR's Amazon store, I bought LED bulbs to replace the headlights on my BMW. According to the description of the LED bulbs, they were supposed to fit my vehicle without any problems or dashboard warnings. Unfortunately, as I installed the LED bulbs, they would turn off after a while and the dashboard warnings came on. I was very sorry because I really liked the color and the brightness of ARISMOTOR's LED set!So, I contacted ARISMOTOR's customer care department to find out what could be done and if I need to return or change the product.How surprised I was when they reached me back very quickly (in fact, on Sunday) with soothing message explaining the headlights problem and assuring me that:1) they have processed a refund2) their engineers will study the problem and produce a new replacement LED set for me3) To mitigate the situation, and to make sure I am not disappointed having business with ARISMOTOR, they offered me a brand new set of LED fog lights for my vehicle!Moreover, having received the refund and after inquiring what I should do with the current LED set that doesn't work on my BMW, ARISMOTOR elected to comfort me by saving my time and money shipping it back!!! They suggested I give it to a friend who has a vehicle with D2S headlight bulbs!!!Proving their customer care excellence and loyalty to their customers, and to make me happy, ARISMOTOR made me a PRESENT shipping a brand new set of LED lights for the High beams for my BMW. And, they informed me that they already produced a reengineered set of replacement LED lights to work with the Low beams on my vehicle. This new replacement set is also shipped to me!!!AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE and LOYALTY!!!ARISMOTOR HONOURS ITS PRODUCTS, and, above all, it VALUES IT'S CUSTOMERS and MAKES CERTAIN to have their customers HAPPY and SATISFIED!!!!I will update this message with photos for comparison as soon as I receive and install the replacement LED set for the Low beams. Also, I will post pictures of the installed new High beam set, which ARISMOTOR shipped as a present!Honestly, dealing with ARISMOTOR was among 5 best experiences I have ever had with any store across the world!!!ARISMOTOR is trustworthy and loyal to its customers!!!

They're the same size as the HIDs that were in my Chrysler 200 so switching them out was easy. It was harder to take the wheels off to get to the bulb housing due to the two piece lugs. Anyway they were noticeably brighter and maintained their beam pattern. Will update on lifespan when needed.

Worth the Money , just hope it'll last longInstalled in a 2011 Ford Flex Limited .

Update: Great customer service! seller went above and beyond to remedy the issue.Better off buying two night lights and using them! Install was easy but not bright enough for a headlight. This is not safe! We have to use the fog lights just to see the road, even the turn signals are brighter and will shadow the headlights making it feel like you don’t have your lights on.

My 2008 Toyota Prius had HID headlights that were so horrible that at night time I had to put my brights on just to see it was horrible. Now they are completely fixed with these LED lights. I can scene nighttime now when I drive I love them.
