Cute ahirt, faded deaign

The shirts designed looked as if it didn’t print correctly on the shirt. Faded in parts, like the design was coming off. I contacted the seller and their response was it’s supposed to look that way. Complained about the terrible odor. Told me to wash it was part of the chemicals they used in printing shirt. I needed the shirt the next day so I washed it, it appears more of the design has come off. I did wear it and after washing a second time even more Design flaked off. I’m returning the shirt.
