Excellent Cookware
This is excellent cookware. It heats and cooks evenly and quickly, then maintains the temperature similar to cast iron cookware. The handles although warm, never seem to get so hot that I cannot handle them. Plus, the lids are designed to attached to the handles when you must remove them briefly. That was a surprise and is proof of it's well thought out design. Food does not stick and is cleaned easily. Eggs still have a tendency to stick, but beyond that I have no negative comments. The cookware still earns my 5 stars. The stainless steel shine almost looks like silver. This is cookware I'll enjoy for many many years to come. This set would make a wonderful gift to newly weds, or housewarming. Finally, I can get rid of my old nonstick cookware and step up to something I use and admire. And with this price, you can't go wrong. You can buy this item with confidence.

THIS IS A GREAT VALUE just be sure to react the enclosed literature.
This is such a good deal I almost hate to post this rating because I plan to buy another set if available. I thoroughly read the reviews prior to buying these, especially the bad reviews, and from a structural stand point they seem to have corrected all of the problems and from a cooking point of view, if you read the information that comes with it thoroughly you will not have the stated problems in other posts.I was looking for a double boiler type of set when I ran across these. I had never really contemplated low heat cooking, I have always steamed.I read all of the information on how to cook different types of food. I was cooking Potatoes the first time out to test the process, so I followed the directions by cutting the raw potatoes in half with the exposed core facing up, placing them in a circular configuration on the bottom on their ends and the sides of the potatoes next to the side of the pans, and one in the middle so they would stand up. As described in the instructions, since I was new to the process, I put a little water in the bottom. At the same time I cooked asparagus in another pan, and broccoli and carrots in another.I then cooked it all on low heat as directed, The potatoes were perfect, so were the broccoli and carrots, the asparagus was only slightly under done because I went with the shorter time in the range. The handles are riveted to the pans with replaceable plastic inserts is that is ever needed. The lips around the edges of the tops of pans are sharp enough to cut if you grab the pan the wrong way, but I am not sure why you would as described in another post. The tops of the lids have thermometers that screw on and were sturdy and helpful when I was cooking. You do need to make sure you screw them on tightly washing them, especially if you plan to put them in a dishwasher. I hand washed them after this use. I did not see how these could break off as described in a post.It is very important to wash these before use with soapy water AND vinegar combined to avoid having a coating used in the manufacturing discolor when you cook. This was one of the complaints but was clearly stated in the literature in the box.You will be amazed at how much you get with this set.Read the literature and you will have no problems, do NOT use high heat, right out of the box, the literature explicitly indicates it could melt the bottoms which are designed to distribute the low heat to achieve the proper results. As a final note, I have always cooked with Gas but had to use these on a glass top electric the first time. The directions cover how to use both kinds and I followed the directions to a "T" to achieve my out of the box success. The only negative post I could not address is the one where the literature was missing. This would have been a huge problem. On top of that my only real disappointment was the literature did NOT describe how to stack and cook which is alluded to in the description.I highly recommend this product.

The shipment was fast and items are good. I used it right away and it really works like saladmaster. This made in China as it is common nowadays. The pots are heavy and shiny. It is a good quality. I just can't afford to buy Saladmaster for 3K but for this 28 pcs Waterless cookware its a great deal and good items! Just be careful its kind of sharpy.

The Most Beautiful Cookware Set You Should Not Buy
I waited nearly a year to rate this product because when it comes to cookware, durability is essential. As such, this at is certainly not durable - at least not the lids. For starters, this is a beautiful set of cookware. But sadly, that's where the quality stops. The skillet that comes with the set is anything but non-stick. In fact, it's more like all-stick. Once washed, my wife noted that on subsequent use, there was stream coming from along the lower edge of the skillet, as if water had become trapped under the bottom. But, back to the lids. As I've read from other reviews, the thermometer - styled knobs WILL break. And when they do, this once beautiful set will look like complete garbage. Never mind using it ever again to cook in front of guests. The claim is that this is "chef quality cookware". What chef would use cookware that falls apart after just a few months of use? Sure, this set is beautiful at first. But at this price point, one would expect better durability.I bought this set as a Christmas gift for my wife in 2012. Less than a year later, I will have to replace it.

Certainly Exceeded My Expectations
I TAKE BACK EVERYTHING GOOD I SAID ABOUT HIS PRODUCT. It's garbage. Yes it does look beautiful when first opened. You can put lipstick on a pig, etc. The entire set is now in my "junk" area and I'm looking for a new. I wish I had the $129 back to put towards it.This cookware set is absolutely beautiful! This is my first waterless set so I did some research on the "element" factor, which simply means a layer of stainless steel. This 12-element set is no lightweight and seems to be very durable. I also love the thermostat on top of each lid. Many of these pieces can be used for different purposes and stackable when cooking so to free up a burner and/or save gas/electricity. All in all, for the price you can't go wrong. Seller offered free shipping and shipped my order in less than 2 hours. The item was received by me within 4 days. Good Deal!
