Monopoly, 1985 Editon

This particular set is the one that has a single-fold board, the traditional "orange" CHANCE and "YELLOW" COMMUNITY CHEST cards. It has all the traditional tokens you grew up with, including the presently discontinued "iron" token. Buy it if you don't already own this set - Tell your kids how MONOPOLY used to be when you were kids!Don't wait, there may not be so many of these left out there!

This is a great edition of the Monopoly that we used to play when I was a kid. The board is folded in half, not four fold. Much sturdier. Has a booklet with the rules. Just Great.

I ordered this expecting some wear and stains and crumpled money -- BUT it had NO tokens, NONE! Also it had only 12 of the property cards, the rest were missing, NO Railroad cards, only one dice, also missing houses and hotels. I wasn't expecting something new, but I was at LEAST expecting to be able to play the game. RETURNED.

The board, the cards, the deeds, the pieces, the money, it was all perfect! Just the way it should be!

Got what I really wanted, excellent!

Seller advertised item as new in original packaging. Item was not factory sealed and was missing pieces. In addition, it had a terrible moldy smell. When I requested a refund, the seller gave me a hard time and would only issue a 50% refund.
