Very happy
This is a hand hammered hand ground quality and substantial spatula for a really low price. I don't know why so many people made a big deal on the handle. The wood handle does pull out but a little epoxy made it rock solid. 2 minutes work, quicker than writing the review.

Great spatula but additional work needed
This spatula fits the curvature of my wok perfectly. Although you can see that it is hand made due to scratches and the haphazard grinding of the welds, this does not affect its usage. as mentioned in other reviews, the wooden handle is loose and unfinished. A little super glue and poly finish solved this issue nicely. In summary, I am very pleased with the fit of the spatula and the "handmade" appearance goes along with the hammer marks in my also handmade wok. If you don't mind gluing the handle and coating it with some kind of finish, then this spatula will work very well and justifies the additional work needed to make it perfect.

LODGE DUTCH OVEN DOES IT BEST
I've had my Lodge Dutch Oven for roughly two months now. There is nothing I can't do in it. From stewing meats/veggies on a slow burn for 5 or 6 hours to sauteing meats/veggies with meat/chicken stock on high to get done in 3 or 4 or 5 minutes.True Test of this Dutch Oven: Set the heat to low. Add a touch of olive oil. Dump in two finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir...don't let burn---they will NOT burn....Set the oven to high, with meats and veggies and such already in....now add your chopped garlic to be "cooked" for only a few seconds: STIR, QUICKLY.... for maybe 20 seconds. Pull pot off stove....keep stirring because pot is still blazing hot....keep stirring for another 40 or 50 seconds or so until pot loses a good deal of heat....Garlic has still not burned. So: You can do garlic on a very high heat; you can do garlic at a very low heat. As far as I'm concerned, there's not much more you need to know to know this Dutch Oven will do anything you want it to.I give it 100 percent.

Love that foods don't stick to the metal
Love that foods don't stick to the metal, easy to clean but the wood handle has already separated from the metal body. At first it was loose then it was loose and twistable and now it just slides right out. Either it is glued in or stuck in using pressure. Either way it doesn't stay in.

It's made out of good quality stainless
It stainless and it doesn't bend. It's made out of good quality stainless. Sometimes the wood handle comes off but a little glue and a couple of tapes keeps it from coming off.

Sturdy, well made tool
I wasn't sure what to expect after I read the reviews, but what I got was a good, solid tool. It's thick, looks like it's made from one piece of metal, and the wood handle was attached very tightly. This is one of my new favorite kitchen tools. It works perfectly with the 14" wok I got.

Unappreciated Gift
My wife is Thai and I thought this spatula would be a pleasant surprise, but when I gave it to her she gave me a quizzical look and asked "why so small". As she used it the first time, the wooden handle fell out. I think that was the only time she used it. I keep trying to twist the handle in to make it stay in, but it will not. It now rests unused in our utensil canister to the left of the stove. I plan on replacing it with another that pleases my wife in size and craftsmanship.
