Two important things I think will be useful:1 - each different size wheel comes with its own Allen wrench. You must use the correct Allen wrench for each - so don’t lose one thinking you can always use one of the others.2 - By changing the position of the grinding wheel up and/or down on the grinder’s post, and of course tightening it on the post in the new position, you can get more longevity from each wheel as you eventually will wear off the diamond finish. As stained glass is only around 3mm thick, you should be able to get several “cycles” of the grinding wheels before having to replace them.

I'm not sure if I believe all the positive reviews are real at this point. First time using these brand new bits and they were WORSE than my extremely worn down diamond bits that I was replacing. Grinding glass with these bits led to quite uneven/chipped edges and I had to press quite hard into the grinder to grind the glass at all. Would not recommend.

The bit does not go far enough down on the shaft so I can grind the glass by laying it on the bed of a Glastar Grinder. I have to use a glass holding tool and for larger pieces that is not stable enough to grind the glass safely.

I received the three package of grinders. They were medium grit, which is exactly what I needed.

I wanted to do a frilly edge on a stained glass piece and this was perfect.

I like the sizes and with water while grinding they last a long time.

When used properly these bits will last years of constant use.
