The mat is pretty amazing. I certainly do feel relaxed and my blood feels like it is flowing when I am laying on it. A very unique feeling. I tried with thin clothes on 1st, but I wanyes to feel more of the acupressure sensation. As a first-time user, I prefer using without wearing thin clothes. The head rest is very useful for my migraines. I had Acubliss shipped same day because of a horrendous migraine. It didn't cure it, but it did minimize the pain . I am looking forward to continued use. Be careful, as the 3 products do have many points that may be sharp to some people. I like that I can wash the covers on the mat and headrest, they have Velcro to remove from the foam. Handwash only is directed. I am super picky and I recommend this product.

I have other acupressure mats but wanted and extra with a pillow. This purchase is very cheaply made compared to my others and cost more. I would not recommend this product.

Shipping was fast. Product however was a disappointment. I was expecting the 'flowers' to be more like the ones on the Pranamat. I found no relief. I returned and ordered the Pranamat. This may work for a lot of people, it just didn't do the job for me.

I am using it while lying down in bed before I go to sleep. It may be too uncomfortable for some folks but I find it relaxing as I have undergone acupuncture treatment in the past.

It says there are 3 pieces, a smaller pad with a belt so you can secure it to arms or legs. This is my second one, neither one has the 3rd piece. I like what I got, I just wish that I had received what was advertised.

Nothing personal against the product. It was very well made; seems durable. It's just that every time I used it, it actually GAVE me a neck ache almost immediately while laying on it that continued throughout the next day. The opposite of what I was going for obviously. Thankfully Amazon is THE BEST and gave me a refund.
