Device went dead after one use (3 weeks old). wont charge or turn on - Autel refuse to help.
This device went dead after one use. It refused to charge and wont turn on after one use. I contacted Autel EU explained the problem, they asked me for the serial (I had already been through device activation) and sent the serial then after that they completely blanked me, no response whatsoever. I sent multiple emails requesting help but they simply blanked me. Awful company. They will not honour guarantees, an absolute scam!
