Great finishing polish

I have never been confident enough to take a buffer/polisher to a car, until I screwed up the wife's hood! I was trying to remove some tree sap, and got a little over zealous with the rag. While the tree sap was gone, so was the shiny finish on her new Volvo! It left about a quarter-sized spot of hazy scratches. Fearing for my life, I started with a pad (just using my hand), and the Chemical Guys cutting polish. This quickly brought the clear coat back to an even level on the spot, and made it "evenly hazy". I then used a final polish pad (again in the hand), and this product. It took about 20 minutes of light buffing and misting with water, and it looks new again! What is great about this process, is that it is a permanent fix. Unlike waxes and other so called "polishes" that just hide the defect, this will restore the finish and the damage will never return. After this, I am confident enough now to use a power buffer, and will probably fix some of the little paint issues on the other cars! If you do this, make sure you have a spray bottle of water and keep the area damp. You never want to use any polish dry! While this product may cost a bit more than others, it is very high quality, and my car is worth it!

This is a great polish. My batteries were dead for my cordless, so I applied by hand. Minimal effort, and the shine speaks for itself.

When we purchased my wife's car a lot lizard had pushed a dent out and sat over the area a touch too long buffing it and caused the clear to burn slightly and have a haze. I missed this during our inspection due to rain and cloud cover but saw it on the first sunny day post purchase. I ordered this and went to work with the chemical guys process. Using this with a couple other polishes in the line I was able to clean up the door to an undetectable state. This product is well worth the investment of doing some minor paint correction at home. I hand polished the vehicle with this product and did not use a buffer.

Used this with 3 other levels of compound all same manufacture to buff epoxy after sanding with a high speed rotary sander with polishing pads. Brough it to a glass finish as if I’d never hit it with a 40 grit sanding wheel. I also used these to buff an old scratched and faded paint job on a golf cart. Brought it back to life. Changed a $6500 tricked out cart to $7700 sold golf cart. Great quality product.
