If I take it on an empty stomach it makes me vomit. So eat then take it. Highly recommended!

Good products with excellent delivery service.
I have problems with swallowing large dry pills. I eat cookies when taking all pills. I am a older person (76 years) I would not have had this problem when I was younger.

Hard to say, but the nutrients are there
In all fairness, these are some of the hardest products to objectively rate. But I can't tell if these are doing anything. I can't really call it, but maybe that isn't a good thing? I think your results may vary, but it may help you stay sharp. The ingredient list is certainly promising, but make sure you only take it as directed.

Easy to swallow pills.
These pills really didn't do much of anything for improving my memory. My memory is not bad at all. It claims to give more brain focus. I didn't notice any difference in that.

Capsules are easy to swallow, have a little taste, but it's not offensive. Seems to work well. No bad side effects.

Suffering from bad memory?
I know I sure am. I already take brain boosters and I don't notice much of a difference switching to these so I guess that's a good sign. Good ingredients and not terribly expensive either.
