Wouldn’t recommend
When it’s plugged in the game pad screen flickers and when charging the red light will blink sometimes. I stopped using it in fear it will damage my gamepad.

Great product
This is a great charger. It is very hard to find replacement parts for this console and this AC charger made it way easier for me. I did not expect to find one but I did and now I am glad. It has great durability and will most likely last for years.

While it's working, it works well.
When they work, they work well. The problem is that they do not last very long. I've been through 3 of these in about 2 years. They haven't damaged my device, they charge as quickly as an oem unit. They just seem to go bad after awhile. Stick to Nintendo made chargers if you want longevity and more peace of mind. If you need a cheap, quick fix this will work well enough.

Cheap Quick Fix
Replacing OEM cable after 5 years. This one surely isn't as sturdy but I'm not using it for tug of war so it's fine.
