I had a thick mat when I first started and have now switched to this one. its great- good protection whilst being firm.The markings are great as you notice your progress with stretches and they can help guide better form.

Good product so far but I just used once yet!Good adherence and long enough dor yoga podes da use the all mat.

I have had problems with yoga mats before where they move around on the floor. This one doesn't and is just thick enough. Would recommend

5 cm bigger than the average 61 cm wide mat. That made a difference to my needs.

Was advertised as "Classic Pro Yoga Mat TPE Eco Friendly Non Slip Fitness Exercise Mats with Carrying Strap-Workout Mat & Resistance Bands for Yoga, Pilates and Gymnastics".The Mat itself is perfect.However, I didn't receive Carrying Straps or Resistance Bands.It came in a black carry bag, which is good apart from having the "ladder lock" missing from the strap - as seen in photo.

Great product. A larger than usual mat which allows plenty of space to move.

Excellent quality without being too heavy. The chemical smell was quite strong at first but it did go.
