Fox 40 Mini Official Whistle (Black)

I have used fox 40 whistles for almost ten years now. I was initially given one for a lifeguarding job and when I started coaching a year later, I kept on using it. Now I work in the PE department of a middle school and it is the gift that keeps on giving. It's much louder than the old metal whistles and it really gets the kids attention. I would not use any other whistle.In terms of the mini model, I prefer it. It's a little smaller, but I think the noise is louder than it's counterparts. And it doesn't get in the way. I hang it on my keyring and the mini is the perfect size for that.

Great whistle. Durable, high pitch and carries well over long distances. Also, it is offered here for the standard price...no significant markup. This model is hard to find and I'm glad Amazon carries it!

This product is great! Being chairman of the Neighborhood Watch Committee in our neighborhood, I am going to introduce this product to my committee. I want to also buy lanyards to put the whistles on and give them to all the little girls (13 years old and younger) in the neighborhood to wear around their necks while playing/walking outside. If anyone comes near them, they can blow this very loud whistle and scare them away.

Great whistle, I like the compact size, I keep it on my call lanyard. Does a great job.
