Ease to follow instructions

It's double sided so I can't put it up on the wall or I'd be missing out on many positions. A frame that can be flipped might be ideal.

The list of exercises are good for Core Workouts. The size is decent and I can see them easily enough from 8 feet away. I like that it can be displayed horizontally or vertically and is easy to view. There are a couple of exercises I would like to have seen, but these are good basic exercises.

Got these for my out-of-shape father in law. He’s worked out some in his life but not enough to come up with a routine. He likes these a lot and follows them as a guided exercise. The cool thing is they have two sides, one with exercises in a vertical pattern and the other with a horizontal pattern depending on how you like to follow your exercises.

Since it's two sided I had to buy 2 of the same poster. I hung it with sticky puddy, so I liked both sides enough to warrant a second poster .

Packaging is what you would expect, but the thickness of the laminated poster could be 1 or 2mm thicker. Still, a good value. If it's in a cheap poster frame, would help it last longer
