It is only one exe file on the DVD, you can directly run it.

If i use this with a fjds license, can i program ford modules on the ms can bus? like the driver and passenger door modules?

Yes but beware, the FJDS software is finicky, and contacting (FORD Rotunda)customer support is pretty much useless, they'll tell you windows 10 PRO is a requirement amongst other reasons why the software can't connect to the internet....
