Goody Slide Proof Stayput Striped Autoclasp Hair Barrette with Stay Put Hold, 1 Count (Colors may vary)

Great barrette. Both sides hold an equal amount of hair so one side doesn’t constantly slide like so many of my barrettes. It was not black and white but black and pinky/bronze.

The reason I give this one star is that the pictured barrette is not the one you get. I was so excited that I had finally found my old barrette that I used for years. The ten or so of these I had finally wore out with my thick long hair. They are the only kind that stay put and hold a lot of hair. The one pictured did not have the rubber stayput strips which do not work for me. So I paid a bunch of shipping (more than the barrette cost) to get this and what comes but the same ones I can get at the drug store (and already did) which are much smaller and have the rubber strips. I just hate when a picture shows something different than what you get. I had many of the old Goody large barrettes and am very familiar with what they look like. They came out with the new small ones several years ago and if I had known they were going to discontinue the big ones I would have stocked up.

Received a black and silver product. Ordered replacement and it was also black and silver. Too bad because the pictured colored looked great.
