You generally have to buy this from the counter (on Amazon, state your birthdate) because of its potency, but as a teacher, the price and added difficulty is well worth it. I generally sleep through the night when I take it and have a clear head during the day. Pills are a little on the large side, but I was raised by an ahead-of-her-time mom who had me taking vitamin supplements and eating healthy back in the 70s!
