Subtle pattern, great quality wrap
Pleasantly surprised at how good this vinyl wrap looks. The brushed aluminum pattern is a little subtle, but I think that's a good thing. I've got some fake CF in my car I'd like to cover up, and I think this will do the trick perfectly.

Bluish color!
its easy to install .. and good product !! it handles the sun very well!!But! when I tried to change the interior of my Tahoe to get the brushed aluminum looks that comes on the Z71 ,, it turned out be slightly to blue!so its NOT a Bright Silver!! its a bluish silver!

My wife won't let me use it to wrap the interior of her bmw because she doesn't like it at all
"grain" runs opposite of roll, meaning if you have a longer piece to wrap the grain will be counter-intuitive. also without direct light it just looks dark gray and kind of cheap. My wife won't let me use it to wrap the interior of her bmw because she doesn't like it at all.

Garbage!!!
This new 3m 1080 Brushed Aluminum is garbage. It really does look like shiny duct tape and it is a pain to work with on contours. It is extremely thin and tears extremely easy. Definitely will not buy again!!!

Outstanding brushed aluminum wrap
I used this film to change the look of my Audi's interior. I was getting tired of the "woodish" trim that my car came with, and replacing the trim to a brushed aluminum one, I was looking to spend around $1000 dollars.I gave this product a chance, wraped the stock black trim pieces, and now my car has that S-Line look. It looks OEM and I saved all that money.Great product.

Purchase this for my X5 interior trims, looks a little plastic-ish under the sun, but looks great duting the night.

Great quality and easy to work with
The 3M vinyl felt like it was pretty good quality. Up close, the finish was very detailed and you could feel the brushed aluminum texture. The color matched some of the accents in the vehicle perfectly. It was very easy to work with, even though the dash bezel in a corvette is not the easiest panel to wrap. But it came out looking great.
