This remote worked perfectly for my Samsung tv model UN65KU7000F. My original remote was dropped and broken. This remote is the same as my original. When this remote arrived, I unpacked it and pointed at the screen and it immediately synced. I have had it over a month now and still works great!!!

Update 3 years later:I recently purchased another remote, after the one I bought here 3 years ago disappeared. I was so relieved to know I could look in my order history on Amazon and order another with no research or hassle. Unfortunately for me, I was let down in a big way. The quality has gone downhill, the remote does not work well with the TV, sometimes requiring a button to be pressed several times in order to function. Also, the specific buttons for Netflix’s, etc., do not work. This isn’t a big deal for us, as we didn’t have those on our old remote and wouldn’t have used them on this one anyway. Still, if you’re a person who was looking forward to those functions, you may be disappointed.Original 5 star review:The remote looked to be new and worked perfectly when paired with my Samsung 8000 series TV. The shipping was lightening fast - arriving 5 days before the soonest estimated shipping date.

Not as advertised
I ordered the remote as an exact replacement of my previous and it couldn’t be further from it. The pictures don’t show that it has actual buttons instead of the low profile sleek from the original. The power button and talk button don’t work so if I was able to I’d give it zero stars.
