There is always a shudder that creeps down my back when I think of the countless flat-pack pieces of furniture I've built over the years. To be perfectly honest, they always seem to fall apart after a short time. I purchased this for a reasonable price on Black Friday. Firstly, it arrived two days quicker than advertised. Secondly, it was packed extremely well for a cheap unit.Building this was an absolute breeze. they included one extra screw and fitting of every small part which I thought was outstanding. The instructions were clear and precise for a Chinese-made item.It feels very robust and looks amazing.I would buy from this range again.

THE GOODPackaging excellent.Instructions really good.There's at least one spare of every screw, bolt and fixing.Easily built by one person.Looks really good when built.THE NOT SO GOODThe instructions did not make it clear when a screw required and allen key, so I was happily trying to screw them in with an electric screwdriver and wondering why that wasn't working too well.Despite what it says about being capable of being used for either fullscap or A4 suspension files IT ISN'T! The suspension file hanging bars in the flullscap configuration are 33cm apart. My fullscap suspension files are 38.5cm wide. A4 suspension files are designed for rails 33cm apart so the cabinet is suitable for A4 suspension files but you have to configure it for fullscap for A4 files to fit! Still, who uses fullscap these days.

Fantastic and I LOVE it! I've bought a large portion on the Vasagle range for throughout the house and I love the vibe. The only reason I placed it at 4* is due to the screwdriver provided. The filing cabinet itself is really sturdy and easy to build - definitely fits A4 filing sheets but also has the capability to fit letter size. But unfortunately, the screwdriver provided was of low quality and the wrong size so partially rounded off the screws and the screwdriver when building. Luckily it's not my first rodeo and I had a sufficient screwdriver. Please see my images for the screw driver size used comparable. I've already filed all the loose paperwork and feeling very organised and ready to move it up to the study 😊 I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Easy to assemble. Well packaged, and extra screws and bolts 'just in case' which is brilliant.Great value and really happy with the look and feel.Product had a slight mark, but a brown and black crayon sorted that quickly!I have matching desks and love this range of products. They're fit for purpose and won't break the bank.Not as sturdy as high end products that come at a premium price, but I can't see myself using this as a stepladder anytime soon, so more than sufficient.Highly recommend.

Pretty easy to assemble even for an OAP like me. Slight closing problem with bottom drawer but not a game changer. Perfectly hides all our files and plenty of room for printer on top. Definitely recommend.

Very sturdy & well made unit. Very heavy when parcel arrived. Lots of components all labelled up/numbered. Did take while to work it all out but definitely a 2 person job.Created small office area in spare room & this is ideal for printer, 2 large drawers for stationery, etc. & shelf which is being used for office essentials.I’m pleased with the quality & sturdiness if this unit & would recommend to anyone who wants to create small office area.

Brought this as I work from home and needed somewhere to store my filing. The quality of the unit itself is really good, and they are easy to assemble. I have now brought a second one for our personal filing.
