Following gall bladder surgery I started taking this enzyme. I also suffer from colitis. I can now eat many foods that I previously could not handle. I find I have to eat immediately after taking them to prevent stomach upset. I still must be careful with my diet, but these have helped a lot, even with foods without fat content. I have taken them for about 20 years.

Fat burner
I’ve been taking it after each meal suppose to help burn the fat intake I can’t really notice the difference of what it does because it hasn’t help me lose any weight

Might help
I try to take these to keep from gaining weight when I eat fat. I don't' know for sure that they work but I do know if I take them too often I get sick to my stomach.
