I've been taking this for a while now because they're good for the heart, endurance and other things, and a bonus is it stopped these minor headaches that I'd get on and off. I'm very much satisfied with this brand and product!

I have to take a statin and these CoQ10 capsules have been excellent in keeping the muscular pains away. Muscle soreness was extremely bad for me to the point that I switched statins 3 times. These 400mg capsules are a life saver. I've been taking them daily for over a year now and the soreness has completely gone away. The product works quickly and is very cost efficient.

I am still up in the air with my coin toss. Trying to figure if the brand Qunol 100mg gels, which they say are "fast acting", are better than the ClearFormulas brand (that also states they are "fast acting") that are quick absorption. These happen to be a 400mg capsule vs a 100mg Gel tab. Now obviously a liquid (I guess you might be able to classifiy a gel substance as liquid -- I mean its more of a "liquid" than the powder in ClearFormulas' capsule?) will digest better than powder absorption will absorb, but since I can swallow capsules okay & not gag on them, I think the ClearFormulas CoQ10 400mg is working fine for me. When I started taking the CoQ10 my doctor says it will probably be weeks before I feel any results. But keep taking it because it is good for joints & my heart. This is definitely better in price for the old pocketbook! I take one a day & 200 capsules will last me a better part of a year, unless I need to double the dose. For me the price was right. I take a lot of vitamins & supplements because of my anemia & heart to keep my overweight body in xheck so I can continue to drop weight. Hope this helps... Cheers!

The product is majorly marketed as 400 MG however kindly note it’s also written “equivalent to 6% of coq 10” ONLY. Which means Coenzyme Q-10 Powder – 400 mg (equivalent to 6% CoQ10) What This Means: • 400 mg of powder is not pure CoQ10. • Only 6% of that powder is actual Coenzyme Q10, which means you’re getting: 6% of 400 mg = 24 mg of actual CoQ10 per capsule Also note that a 2022 report by NOW Foods indicated that supplements from Clear Formulas, had discrepancies between their labeled and actual contents.
