Great Customer Service
Wouldn't normally review, but seller provided amazing service. My machine came, but I didn't set up straight away as it was a birthday surprise for my daughter's birthday party. Unfortunately, the machine came faulty and the tray would not open. I contacted the seller as soon as I knew and they got back to me when I had expected. I left it a bit late for return and replacement before the party. The seller sent out the replacement as soon as they had received proof of mine being returned (which they had sent out a return slip). This meant that I managed to get a replacement before daughter's birthday party. They gave clear instructions on what to do and reassured me the whole process. Our karaoke birthday party was a hit. Machine was literally plug and play. Can not fault the machine. Hopefully now the party is over I may get a shot...lol.

Very difficult to use
Very difficult to work how to negotiate the menu. The song package was nothing like what I expected. Returned it

Don't drink and sing
The product is good. Limited mic volume but let's face it, it's a home machine not for use in pubs or clubs. It's a laugh until a secretly taken video is taken of you full of Christmas cheer and posted on social media. You've been warned lol. Good price. Nothing to loose give it a go

Does the job for a home system.
The system is very light weight but does the job. The manual says that the track number will appear on the system but mine does not. I might be doing something wrong but it does appear on the TV screen. Works okay through the big speakers. For the money it seems to be okay but I dont think that it will take a lot of abuse.

Disappointed
Plugged in to test for my birthday weekend and it didnt even turn on, so disappointed really bad product

This is a CD+G karaoke player in a small format with impressive performance for the price. The microphones feel a bit sturdier than those supplied with other brands - time will tell. Played my fave tracks from USB without any worries, although the USB port is a bit too close to the eject button and volume control for some larger USB devices.
