without a doubt a quality product.
a quality product that I have been using for at least thirty years and very satisfied with results. I do scroll work and some projects are fairly detailed. It leaves my projects looking very rich. I have used WATCO on oak,cherry and walnut woods. Just follow very simple directions stand back and admirer your project.

Can't open the tin
The oil itself is fine. But the 'tamper-proof' type cap is a PITA. I stripped the catches and had to pry the cap off

Wood finish
I own a woodworking shop in Watco is my go to finish product. It goes on easily and leaves a beautiful final finish. There are dozens of colors and shades to choose from so it fits almost any project.

Perfect.
I stripped the paint, sanded then oiled with this and it turned out perfect! I was worried it would explode before making it to my door but it didn’t. I don’t do these projects a lot so I’m no expert but it was easy and I’m happy with it.
