Nightstick NSR-1514 Rechargeable Led Area Light with Magnetic Baseblack

I can't say enough good things about this light. The brightness will blow your mind. I use it at my ranch and just keep it in my truck. In one season I've changed a tire, gutted a deer, fixed a generator, and myriad other tasks -- without ever running out of battery and always having it in the most convenient position. The magnet us super powerful and will stick like glue to the side of a truck (it has a rubber protective sleeve so it's safe), and the rotating handle with hang from trees, your steering wheel, or anywhere else you need to hang this thing. It's weighted perfectly too. I think I want one for every car, and perhaps a few for the house too. I truly think this is the most brilliant (pun intended) light I own!

Try the snap-on flood light but it was too bright and had to be plug in all the time and no magnet. This light is perfect. Comes with rubber case and magnet is also cover. Magnet is pretty strong. It does look kinda yellow but if you remove the clear/yellow shield it will be brighter. Highly recommend this light!!!

The light is good, the light itself is not bright white like most LED lights, but is more yellow like a halogen light. The beam is quite a wide spread, which is good for lighting up a general area.The battery life is just as advertised, it started to die after 8 hours on low brightness.The mounting magnet on the base is strong enough to hold the light in any orientation, but only just strong enough when the light is mounted horizontal, it feels quite weak like it might just fall off. (I had it on the side of a scissor lift while I was driving around and it didn't fall off, but I wasn't confident in it so I used cable ties as well).

Bought this to use when playing bags @ night, and it's great. Can take them tail gating and last a long time. I'm sure it will work well at home too...

stopped working after 2 months of using it (not very much) about twice a week. each recharge after that would give me maybe 1 minute of light, then flash quickly, then i’m stuck in the dark. the first time it happened it left me in a dangerous situation... happened everytime since, so i gave up on it. unfortunately too busy to try to get a refund :( it’s been almost a year now, so i doubt the dealer would take it back.. oh well, i found time to warn others here at least. good luck. great concept, but not there yet. recommend NOT buying this light!!

This is a great light! Unit is bright, ling life, and holds up well.

If you combine these lamps with a magnetic tool holder...the will make your day.

When I received this item shipped from Amazon, the manufacturer's box containing the light had obviously opened and the Instruction manual and AC/DC charger was missing from it. Had to call Amazon to advise of the problem and had to order a separate AC/DC adapter (Amazon comped the charger) BUT it is not the manufacture's cable which is recommended by the manufacturer. Worried that this will invalidate the warrant if there is a problem. The ad is misleading because it does not have a USB cable or port on it, only an AC/DC port. If this is promised by the manufacturer to Amazon, it is not true and should be removed from the description. Great product, super bright, great battery, versatile, and very useful. Kind of hard to charge it with out the charger cable though. Also while charging there is a light that changes color on it that switched for green to orange. I went on line to the manufacturer and could not find an explanation for what this light means.
