I cut mine in half and it works great on my knee arthritis. I cut another piece for my side of my thumb and it worked on the arthritis there also. It does have a smell to it, as other people have complained about that, but I can handle the smell.

People complain about the smell, well its the formula, and if tjis patches help to quit the pain on my husband's knee. I'm happy with that! And I'll buy them again! Very effective, pain relief excellent

Only downfall, it had a strong smell, but worked!

The product would not stay on long enough to work. I literally applied to both my knees, laid down, and watched the ends begin to curl up. I initially attributed it to probably my skin being moist from showering ( although I'd dried myself). So I tried it again , about a week later, on skin without any recent wetness/moisture....and they curled up at the edges once more. All without me moving an inch. The adhesion is simply terrible.

Love the stabilize capabilities to my knee cap and the heating of these. Help get my knees to move and help take away some of the pain. Great product, will continue to purchase!

Not really works well. It helps but my knee still hurt while wearing them. Also they roll up after wearing and perspiring.

These patches are ok for pain, some skin was stuck when trying to remove them. The smell is awful. I woke up wondering what that smell was, it wasn't until I took it off that I realized it was the patch.Even my sheets smelled like the patches.
