I plugged this into the handset port on the phone, and plugged the handset into the headset port just so everything could stay tidy. Still have to lift the handset to answer and replace it to hang up, but that's a limitation of this family of desk phones.The headset is comfortable to wear (average hat size and it's not tight) and the boom mic adjusts easily. Call quality is good for both sides of the conversation, and the mute switch on the cord does work. So far, so good!

For the price can’t go wrong. Worked just as promised. Easy to use and feels sturdy enough to last a long time. Volume is great too on both sides for listening and speaking.

I've only been using this headset for a few days at work but I already can't imagine not having it. It leaves my hands free to use the computer or write things down by hand. I would previously hold the phone between my ear and shoulder and would be in a lot of pain afterwards. Totally worth the cost.

I bought this for long periods of time on the phone, it fits good & works well. Very pleased & would recommend to someone who spends a lot of time on the telephone. No more sore neck & dropping the handset.
