Great product, no after taste.
I purchased this product as a means to add some olive oil to my keto diet plan. The second reason I purchased this product was to see if taking twice a day might help with constipation. I believe this product has both of these qualities. I have no side effects such as indigestion or aftertaste. I love that this is a smooth capsule and easy to swallow.

If you don't like the taste of olive oil but you need the health benefits that it provides for you. pills are the best thing for you. they are soft and easy to swallow.

This is the only way I can get the Olive Oil down. So hard for me to drink it.
I have read so much about how great Extra Virgin Olive Oil is that I had to try it. I 1st bought some and tried to drink it. There are tips online on how to get it down. I tried for over a week and I couldn't do it without gaging or even worse. I found these and its so easy to do. Take the pill and that is it. I hope it works like they say it does to help with your health. We will see.
